Spoilers for first season Torchwood. I've also borrowed characters from Stargate:Atlantis and Weiss Kreuz but no spoilers for those.
Author's note: I know it's all crazy. :) Usually I try to exercise a modicum of self-restraint, but uh, not this time. This was my preposterous idea fic, where whatever I thought of, no matter how insane, went in the mix. Many thanks to wrenlet and julad for their support while I was writing.

So October's over and I mostly met my goal of posting every day. However, I still have a lot of snippets about Julian and Jensen and Jared and Chris and Mike and Tom haunting me, so I'll try to keep posting. Today we have a porny bit, surprise surprise. :D

A month ago julad and I raced to see who could finish a Numb3rs flashfic on the same prompt first. Here's hers: Julad's Numb3rs fic. I won by wordcount but lost because I was lame and failed to edit and post my thing. However, since this month I am purging my writings without bothering to edit or anything, here's what I did.
Since I lost I owe her 500 words, which I have also written but not edited of course. Maybe I will post that tomorrow.

I missed two days! I'm so bad. I had company visiting and I actually had to write this piece, not just dig it out of an old email convo and post it. I'm sure you all appreciate how hard my life is.

This one barely counts, it's just a snippet. I wrote my one Chase fic in the House fandom and I really think that's it for me, but I had a couple other snippets that never went anywhere, and this is one.

My only defense for why today's snippet is so short is that I was busy organizing my journals' memories to link to most of my QaF fic. They are here. Check it out! :) The site that soundczech and I used to have our fic up on is probably down for good.

The following idea will not leave my head, but it won't write itself, either. I sent it in an email to wrenlet saying, "So I'm probably on crack, but..."
Probably a lot of things I do could be prefaced that way.

Incidentally, has anyone tried posting fanfic using the "publish" feature of Writely/Google Documents? I'm tempted to do it to put up some of my old fic since the old site is down, but I'm scared that Google will blacklist me for trying to propagate porn or something, and I really like my gmail so I don't want that to happen.

Well, as I've said, I've been posting bits of fic this month that I've been writing over the last few months but have never finshed or posted or anything. In my giant CW RPS AU I still have a lot of pre-written bits, but most of the ones I have yet to post won't make much sense without more of the plot, so now I am actually forced to write things as I go. Clearly life is hard, haha. :D I'm glad this is at least motivating me to do it, though.
Anyway, I'm explaining this basically as an apology for the quality of some of these plot-filler bits. They're more summary than story, sometimes, and in an ideal world I'd do more with them, but I'm happy that I at least can share the ideas.
Tonight's snippet goes back in time to fill in what happened at movie night, so it would be set right after previous part three.
